ISF- a memory worth sharing

Nothing lasts forever, except memories.

Memories are like Chocolate Frog cards. We don’t know which one we’re going to get next, but we can trade them, throw them and keep what we like. They’re like Harry’s scar, with us forever.

It's no surprise then, that there is fascination with this quintessentially human ability.

When I cast back to an event from my past – let's say the ISF. it was not a destination, it was a journey. A journey on the edge of life, on the curves of technology, learning & happiness beyond imagination, facing adverse situation of workshop, journey of technological attraction. It's a experience you can't describe in words. SPEED ISF 2019 was like a combination of seven colours of rainbow. The beauty which wrapped itself in with different aspects & moulded every people to whole new diverse way.

Life is a roller coaster ride where we earn countless people and even loose some but it's okay as everything inexorably become a sweet memory which stays with us till our last breath.

The pride of being a part of the organising committee for the most awaited event for me was completely magical. It's was like a game zone of me and life. ISF definitely was worth participating, you just get energetic. It was the place of creating lifelong bonds and memories. And our Venue for the event was MLRIT, one can compare it to the heaven on the Earth. The beauty of campus just magnifies you. It's impossible to bound the beauty of MLRIT in words. It was a life time experience, one who loves exploring the world of technocrats should definitely be part of ISF atleast once in a lifetime.

Travelling means giving yourself and your mind a break from the monotonous pattern of life, each one of us live day in and out. When you travel, you look forward to an iconic experience that makes your trip worthwhile and memorable. ISF was not an event for we speedsters it was a journey of life and we were enjoying every bit of it. This travel experience of ISF taught us many secrets of life. SOME moments you experience while organising an event end up completely blowing you away, in ways you'd never have expected. They stay with you forever, and years later you still smile at the fond memories.

Everyone has one of those moments in the course of their trip that holds a special part in their entire travel experience. It could be the journey to the destination, the picturesque sightseeing, or the friendly people you meet on your way. For us it was not only an event which gave many friends but indeed a road to travel on & exploring life together.

Today everyone is busy in their life but we still talk about ISF remember those beautiful days. It was a very best phase of our all life . We miss those days when we all were busy arranging things for the event and those late night preparations. That last day of ISF we could never forget still we have those shirts which are written by all and those best wishes still with us. You can say that a beautiful day or a emotional day. Everyone had their defition for last day of ISF.

Memories are a part of us. We’re incomplete without them. They are what we’ve been through. Memories make us, us.

However, sometimes, just sometimes, we wish we could forget forever what we don’t want to remember.

Like,

When people you know become people you knew. And you remember the good times you had with them.

When you lost someone close to you forever. You remember them and realise you won’t see them again or hear their voice, again.

When you think about the things you left unsaid.

When you spoke rudely to a friend and it was the last time you spoke to them.

When you were abused and it left a permanent scar.

When you did something that wasn’t right and it affected someone in way you couldn’t imagine.

One epic moment can give you a lifetime of memories. But we don’t appreciate the moment when it happens.
Memories give us a chance to relive the good moments, to reminisce.

So, what do memories do ?

They puzzle you. They fight you. They tie you to chains that never existed.

They bring a tear to your eye, happy and sad.

They leave you breathless. They mislead you into doing things you wouldn’t have, otherwise. They leave you in gaze and starry thoughts.

You lose clarity. You lose consciousness. You cease to be in the present. But at last you just miss those memories the most.
